Job Description:

Plant is under 100 employees in the Calgary area.

Qualifications:

Looking for an experienced leader who can lead and motivate staff
Experience in the following areas would be an asset (food, plastics, high-speed packaging, pharmaceutical, etc.)
An individual that has mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of plant machinery
Lean Manufacturing Experience
Engineering Degree or solid maintenance background
3 years minimum plant management or 7 years as a Production Manager
Responsible for budgets
Ensuring Production Targets are met
