Our client, a large automotive parts manufacturer in New Market has the following vacancy: Position: Receptionist/Administrative Location: NewMarket, ON Salary: $15.00/hour Type: Temp to Perm
•3 to 5 years office experience; accounting experience a definite asset •Responsible to handle receptionist duties •Filing, Invoicing •Must be able to work in a very fast paced work environment •Coding and entering accounts payable; •Monitoring accounts receivables and contacting Customers for any discrepancies/outstanding items; •Managing supplies (i.e. office supplies, safety supplies etc.) •Must have excellent communication & computer skills •This role will start off on a part time basis (30+ hours per week with flexibility to work 8:30 to 5pm shift). •Once this role goes permanent, work hours will be full time (40 hrs per week)
