Our client, a leader in the power and utilities sector, is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to join their team in the Markham area.
Position: IT Help Desk Analyst
Location: Markham
Duration: Contract
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, IT Services the ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting all associates/ employees with any and all Software / Hardware / IT issues and problems; responding to all IT concerns in a timely fashion; ensuring all needs are met from a corporate-wide standpoint; providing recommendations in terms of plausible IT solutions
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education in a Computer Sciences or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Help Desk role within a manufacturing setting
- Ability to work well under pressure and under strict timelines
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent team player
