An employment agency cannot directly or indirectly charge a fee, reward or other compensation to an individual seeking employment or information about employers seeking employees. To do so is an offence and illegal. CORE Services Inc. is a member of the Better Business Bureau and conducts only ethical practices.

What fees does an employment agency charge a company/client?

There are many scenarios, including individuals working on a contract, temporary, or permanent basis. Fees vary depending on several factors, such as volume, repeat business, and level of the position. Please contact a CORE Services Inc. representative for an accurate quote on your specific hiring needs.

Do you only look for individuals with years of experience, or do you hire entry level individuals?

Our clients typically utilize our services to identify individuals who have a minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience. However, there have been instances where our clients have hired entry level individuals for their staffing requirements.

If I work for CORE Services on a contract or temporary assignment, how do I get paid?

CORE Services Inc. pays all individuals on a weekly basis, as opposed to the industry norm of biweekly. You simply email your weekly timesheet to your CORE Services Inc. representative.

How will I get my paycheck?

Checks are received via direct deposit on a weekly basis.

Does CORE Services Inc. offer benefits?

It is not typical of contract or temporary positions to offer benefits. However, CORE Services Inc. has a select list of benefit providers that can be provided upon request.

Does CORE Services Inc. offer any tax or accounting services for candidates?

CORE Services Inc. does have an exclusive agreement with a Chartered Accountant who offers a preferred rate to all CORE Services Inc. employees.
