DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor
STATUS: Full-Time Permanent Position
SALARY: $85,000-$95,000 + Excellent Benefits
LOCATION: Ontario, CA
INDUSTRY: Food Industry

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
• Skilled in preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and equipment installations
• Solid understanding of OSHA/safety regulations
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a team of maintenance technicians
• Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
• Overseeing preventive maintenance programs
• Supporting line changeovers and equipment upgrades
• Leading safety and compliance initiatives
