Position: Facilities Supervisor
Hourly: $45-$50+
Location: Vaughan, ON
Duration: Permanent, Full-time
Overview:
· 5 years of supervisory experience in an automotive manufacturing environment along with Industrial Electrician/Mechanic certifications.
· Proven expertise in facility projects and equipment upgrades.
· Skilled in managing maintenance teams and handling production equipment, including PLC systems and robotics.
· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities, with a focus on minimizing downtime and after-hours support.
Responsibilities:
· Manage parts inventory, order replacements, and keep the team updated.
· Oversee and improve the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program with regular audits.
· Coordinate contractor services, ensure timely repairs, and maintain audit records.
· Support equipment upgrades, budget planning, and act as backup for the Maintenance Supervisor.
