POSITION: Licensed Millwright 433A (CNC Machine Repair)
STATUS: Full Time Permanent Position + Benefits
SHIFT: Straight Days, or Straight Afternoon or Continental Night
SALARY: Days $40 per hour, Afternoons $42 per hour, Continental Night Shift $47 per hour
LOCATION: Mississauga, Ontario
The Millwright is responsible for Mechanical Assembly, Machine Repair, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic systems, PLC and CNC based control and logic systems, troubleshoot and maintenance of CNC machines.
Overview / Skill Requirements
- Must have Millwright License 433A.
- 5 years of Automotive experience
- Responsible for the maintenance, and repair of all production equipment and facilities.
- Assembly, debugging, installation, of new equipment.
- Mechanical Assembly, Machine Repair, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic systems, PLC, and CNC based control and logic systems.
- Must have CNC machines, repair, and maintenance (Milling, grinding, lathe) manual machining skills.
- Installation, maintenance of bearing, ball screws, conveyors, controls/ drive, backlash, motors, and tolerance on manual and automated machines.
- Ability to Read and Interpret Blueprints and Schematics and layout drawings.
