POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor
LOCATION: Windsor, ON
RATE: $38 hourly
STATUS: Full-time, Permanent
OVERVIEW:
· Lead and support maintenance staff while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
· Oversee PM schedules, contractor work, and maintenance reporting to ensure consistent production and quality.
· Train and evaluate team members, contributing to employee development and retention.
· Automotive stamping experience with presses, welders, robots, and facility systems is considered an asset.
