One of our leading clients in the Insurance industry is seeking the following:

Position: Personal Lines Customer Service Representative – Insurance

Location: Keswick, Ontario (In-Office)

Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 3 years (Personal Lines Insurance)

License: R.I.B.O. (Required)

What You’ll Do:

· Manage and service personal lines insurance policies (renewals, endorsements, policy changes).

· Provide expert guidance to clients on coverage options.

· Process policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency.

· Build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.

· Assist with client inquiries, claims support, and policy modifications.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

What You Need:

· Active R.I.B.O. license (Required)

· Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to work effectively in an office environment
