One of our leading clients in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Supervisor for their successful organization.

POSITION: Production Supervisor

DURATION: Permanent Full Time Position

LOCATION: Woodbridge, ON

SALARY: $85,000 – $95,000 + BENEFITS DAY 1!

SHIFT: 12-Hour Continental (2 weeks on days 7am to 7pm, and 2 weeks on nights 7pm to 7am.)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant supervisory experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Overview:

  • Oversee production assets for enhanced efficiency and quality.
  • Propose improvements to machinery and production systems.
  • Report deficiencies promptly, ensuring compliance with Quality Control.
  • Supervise hourly employees, emphasizing safety and quality, and contribute to training.
