OVERVIEW
- Completion of post-secondary education with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid CIP license or actively pursuing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Hands-on experience with insurance software.
- Familiarity with the principles of mutual insurance framework.
- In-depth understanding of residential and agricultural risk assessment, rating methodologies, insurance coverage intricacies, and operational protocols.
- Thorough comprehension of reinsurance processes.
- Detailed knowledge of building construction materials and methodologies.
