One of our leading clients in the construction material manufacturing industry is seeking the following

POSITION:    Territory Sales Representative    

LOCATION:   North Central Ontario or Southwestern Ontario 

SALARY:         Base Salary + Commission (potential earnings over $100,000 annually)  

STATUS:         Full-time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ experience in outside territory sales, preferably in building supplies.
  • Strong sales drive with excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid analytical abilities.
  • Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and weekly head office visits.

OVERVIEW:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in the building supply industry while driving growth through new business acquisition and retention.
  • Execute sales strategies by setting clear targets, conducting market research, and implementing plans to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Provide market insights, forecasts, and regular reporting to management while addressing customer needs, concerns, and opportunities promptly.
  • Represent the company at industry events, coordinate key meetings with management, and ensure alignment with overall sales objectives.
